Side effects of Permax & Dostinex reviewed

Last week the FDA announced a Permax recall as a result of substantial concerns about safety issues which outweigh the benefits of the treatment.  Our lawyers have been closely reviewing Permax, as well as Dostinex (another drug in the same class), since a study published in January 2007 demonstrated that approximately one out of every four users who took the drug for treatment of Parkinson’s disease experienced heart valve damage.
