I had a masectomy and right after this surgery I had reconstruction surgery to the right breast and stomach and naval. I had infections and then my reconstruction breast fell off and my stomache had a huge hole in itthat traveled to my naval after 60 days of not healing. I even had a wound vac admistered to me. I was given the sierra heparin that is contaminated.I now have had many kidney infections, and nasua all the time.

The syringe you had did not contain heparin. Heparin lock and flush solutiosn are used for IV catheters. Your’s had sterile saline which is typical for a urological catheter.

While I was pregnant with my now 3 year old daughter, I had to be given a nephrostomy tube for 14 weeks. (August-October27th) Every day I needed to flush the tube with a prefilled saline syringe. I still have one, and it says “Tyco Healthcare” “Kendall” and “monoject prefill advanced” I’m not sure if this is the same product, but I was plagued with kidney infections from day one till I gave birth, and was constantly on antibiotics. At 5 days old she was re-admitted to the hospital because her blood work was questionable. She had salmonella, and dropped to a scary 4lbs. I’m not sure if I used this brand. If you can give me any info on it, I’d appreciate it! Thanks, Brandy and Piper Kelley
