This resulted in non and mal functions of unit and mal functions and multiple shocks with leads and other related problems, causing hospitalizations, surgical procedures and other medical problems. All of which was covered up and concealed with regards to original problem of leads and units mal functions..I was mistreated and abused medically with various medications and non treatment of lead and device defects..
