		<description>There are disgusting nursing homes that are NOT included on the worst list. So the list is misleading. 

Please put wording on the list that this is not an all-inclusive list.  

Meaning-that there are horribly disgusting and abusive nursing homes that have not gotten on the list yet. 

The higher ups and supervisors and directors are covering it all up and that is why they  do not make it to the WORST list. 

We need government rules and laws that penalyze ANY directors, administrators and higher ups that cover up abuse, neglect and malpractice inside of their nursing homes.</description>
