They should educate women better about all birth controls when they are thinking about going on them...the dr. should...the gynos should, and the companies who make the birth control should have to educate all their users! Along side the cramps my right shoulder, collar bone area was severely painful. The only time my should hurt was when I was mestrating after removing the ring for the week. Bowel movements, as well as urination were severely painful during this time. Once my mestrual cycle was over, the pain went away. I have not been on Nuva ring for nine months now and i have NOT experienced any of these symptoms. I have had only had a few periods since then and have not been able to concieve.
