queston is i have a 40 year old daught er has sezers wasnt born with it and always sick her real father went to vet nam 1 year befor we marrid we were marrid 17 years had 3 children anyway after years we divorice now but years later he has and been digenest with asbestos and has cancer can my kids have cought this also he worked in a shypyard and we were marrid at the time come home hold his kids he worked thair for 2 years also

My mother was exposed to asbestos. She was diagnosed with neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung, malignant plueral effusion, and lung cancer. She was diagnosed in June of 99 and died in December of 99. She was exposed to asbestos. She worked for a local school district as a “head custodian”. My mother was 46 when she died in 99.

My Dad passed from this and won a suit for which my mother received a settlement. Is there ant law suits which give the childern a settlment?
