Once I got to the doctor they told me that my insulin was way high. They told me that this is why I was gaining weight even though I was constantly working out and eating healthy. I gained 60-70 pounds in a six month period. My doctor told me that Hydroxy Cut was the reason for the increase of my insulin. I was finally put on a medication that was able to sort out my insulin. But I still struggle with losing the weight that I gained due to my insulin being so high. Then the not able to sleep, have wierd dreams and nightmares, thought then it was the change of life. I thought this was a safe product GNC rep at a store recommended it to me as all natural. I did not relate the symptons to the Hydroxycut at first but stopped taking the pills trying to find a resolution of what could be causing them. They sent me home with muscle relaxers and i just had to deal with it. the whole time i also had to take care of my baby who was under one year old at the time. i still had the muscle spasms especially in my neck for over a month.
