I have had a squeeky hip for almost a year. I saw the ortho dr. last year says he has never heard of a hip squeeking, he did hear mine tried not to laugh. He asked me to wait one year later it is really loud I work at a Assisted Living Facility when I walk dow the hall with someone they look around for a squeeky walker. It has started to hurt but is not currently squeeking. I have a hip revision scheduled for April 12, 2011. Wish me luck

I was 46 when I got mine,tOTAL HIP replacement.I got out done the rehab and started to live again or so I thought The pain never went away.It got better but still there.I went to my Doc he said give it time, then it started. The squeeking the popping and it has never stopped.I have at the time a 31 year old wife and let me tell you no pillow behind the headboard is going to make that thing quiet.I work at a hospital the one I had it done at and I am constantly made fun of. I am getting sick of it.They call me squeeky. That is not funny when that thing is hooked to your ass 247.I want it fixed and I want compensation.Lets get it on....

I had hip replacement surgery a few years ago. Immediately after my hip was squeaking so loudly it sounded like nail on a chalkboard. I told my doctor and he said he called the company and they said no one else has had that happen before. I was also in constant pain. Recently I had another surgeon go in to try and find out why the pain was so bad and the hip replacement apparatus fell out into the surgeons hands. So much work on my hip has caused nerve damage and my dependence on pain medication has caused hardships at work.
