Yamaha Rhino Rollover Lawyers Will Push Forward
The first Yamaha Rhino trial concluded this week in Texas, involving the death of a 13 year old boy who was operating the side-by-side ATV when it rolled over, crushing him.
Although evidence was presented to establish that the Rhino was defectively designed, the jury concluded that Yamaha Motor Corp. was not responsible for the young boys death. Follow Up to CBS News Report on Yamaha Rhino Rollovers

Following our post yesterday about the lack of reliable Yamaha Rhino accident statistics, I received an email from John Sand of Ohio, with a link to a website he has created to honor his 10 year old daughter who was killed on a Rhino. The site contains lots of great information and resources for anyone looking to research safety issues surrounding the Yamaha Rhino side-by-side.
