Yamaha Rhino lawyers continue to receive reports of rollovers and accidents

Last summer, Yamaha added small doors and additional passenger-side handholds to their popular Rhino side-by-side ATV. However, thousands of vehicles still have not had the after-market safety features added, and Rhinos are still rolling over at an alarming rate. The Yamaha Rhino lawyers at Saiontz, Kirk & Miles, P.A. continue to receive inquiries from individuals who suffered severe and life-threatening injuries when their arms and legs were crushed under the weight of the vehicle in a rollover.

Arctic Cat Prowler lawsuits are being reviewed

The lawyers at Saiontz, Kirk & Miles, P.A. are evaluating the potential for Arctic Cat Prowler lawsuits on behalf of individuals who have suffered severe fractures or other injuries when the side-by-side ATV rolled over under normal operating conditions. The product liability lawyers at Saiontz, Kirk & Miles, P.A. represent individuals throughout the United States who are pursuing a Yamaha Rhino lawsuit as a result of design defects which caused their side by side to rollover. Unfortunately, many riders who have been injured in accidents remain unaware that their injuries could have been prevented if Yamaha had used a reasonable alternative design or provided adequate safety features.
