The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) announced a Yamaha Rhino recall due to a risk of brake failure. The side-by-side four wheel ATV has been the subject of nationwide lawsuits as a result of inherent design defects which make the Rhino an unsafe vehicle, with a propensity to roll over. Despite thousands of injuries which have been caused by the Yamaha Rhino, this recall still does not address the instability problems.

Yamaha Rhino Lawsuit: Dangerous design
The Yamaha Rhino side-by-side ATV has been sold as a safe and versatile off-road vehicle which can be operated under almost any road condition. However, features inherent in the design of the 4×4 make it very unstable and prone to rollover, even when it is operated at slow speeds on flat surfaces. As a result, users who have suffered serious fractures or fatal injuries in a rollover accident, may be entitled to compensation through a Yamaha Rhino lawsuit.

Surgery may be better option for a serious auto accident back injury
A back injury is one of the most common problems suffered following an auto accident. For over 35 years, our auto accident lawyers have represented those injured in vehicle collisions and most of the time the injury heals within 6 to 12 weeks with active treatment and physical therapy. However, many accident victims are left with permanent back problems which require extensive care and treatment to manage their chronic pain. A recent study seems to indicate that chronic back problems may be more effectively treated with surgery, rather than long term pain management.
