Zoloft is an SSRI antidepressant, which has been linked to a potential risk of a number of health problems for unborn children when it is taken by pregnant women. As a result of the drug makers’ failure to adequately research their medication and warn women or the medical community about the risk of Zoloft birth defect side effects, many children have been left with permanent and potentially life-threatening health problems.

LAWSUITS OVER ZOLOFT PREGNANCY SIDE EFFECTS

The Zoloft lawyers at Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. are reviewing potential lawsuits for children throughout the United States who have suffered a birth defect or malformation, including:

  • PPHN or Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension for Newborns
  • Septal Heart Defects
  • Hypoplastic Left or Right Heart Syndrome
  • Craniosynostosis (Skull Malformation)
  • Anencephaly (Neural Tube Defect)
  • Omphalocele (Abdominal Defect)
  • Spina Bifida
  • Tetralology of the Fallot
  • Transposition of the Great Arteries
  • Infant Death

Potential claims are being reviewed for families throughout the United States and there are no fees unless a recovery is obtained for the child. Attorney fees are 100% contingent on a Zoloft settlement agreement or verdict at trial.
