Although it was marketed as a safe “natural” product, the manufacturers failed to adequately study and test the effects of the various herbal extracts, chemicals and metals contained in Hydroxycut.  In addition, users were not provided with warnings about the potential Hydroxycut liver side effects which could leave them with disabling or fatal injuries.

HYDROXYCUT RECALL LAWSUITS

The Hydroxycut recall attorneys at Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. urged all consumers who purchased any of the impacted products to take immediate steps to ensure that it is no longer used.  Although the manufacturer has suggested that the products should be returned to the place of purchase, our attorneys recommended that any unused portion of Hydroxycut packages be stored in a manner to prevent others from using it, and preserved until after any Hydroxycut recall lawsuit is evaluated.
