Steve Nichols is incredible! You need a “Steve” in your “fight” with insurance companies who are just trying harder to rip the victim off. Every doctor, police officer, etc. clearly said it was the other party's fault, even the other party. My body is forever damaged but their insurance company made me out to be the criminal? Thank you Steve for kicking their a…, And never giving up!!!

Siontz & Kirk was very on track with my accident case. They would call and advise what was going on in the process and what to expect the whole way. If I didn't answer their call they would leave voicemails as for the reason for the call. I've had to call once to ask for the status of my case and even then provided expectations and any questions I had they answered. The app was very helpful in communicating with the case manager.
I was in a head-on car accident in 2019, breaking my foot in five places, and severely bruising my hip, along with many cuts, bruises, and contusions. I was in so much pain I couldn't stand it. Saiontz and Kirk are great lawyers. Along with their team, they worked my auto accident when a truck hit my car. They were able to find the company whose truck hit me; when my car insurance wasn't able. They kept me informed and explained everything to me. The case was done faster than I thought. After my accident where someone smashed into me while I was sitting at a red light, my car was totaled and my back and neck were injured causing terrible pain. I decided that I wanted to receive compensation for my pain and misery since I knew my back would never be the same again. The driver who did this was on the phone and not paying attention when he hit me.

I want to thank Saiontz & Kirk for making the process of dealing with a car accident that was not my fault stress-free.
