A diagnosis of diabetes from Lipitor can have a severe impact on overall health and quality of life. Managing type 2 diabetes requires frequent testing of blood glucose levels, adherence to a strict diabetic diet and taking medications to control diabetes. Started taking lipitor 2003, was diagnosed with diabetes in 2005.
Do you have a class action lawsuit against Pfizer or do you file individual lawsuits. What is the percent that you expect if you win the case. How much on average to you win per case?
