How do I Join a Class Action for Yaz or Yasmin?

Although lawsuits over pharmaceutical products that injury thousands of people are commonly referred to as a class action, Yaz and Yasmin injury lawsuits are being pursued by the lawyers at Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. as individual cases. Claims are being reviewed for women who have suffered any of the following side effects:

To join the litigation and find out whether you may qualify for a Yasmin or Yaz lawsuit, request a free consultation and claim evaluation with one of our lawyers.

After submitting our confidential form on-line, you will be contacted to discuss the circumstances surrounding your claim. After it is determined whether we believe we can causally connect an injury suffered by yourself or a family member to Yaz, Yasmin or generic versions of the birth control pills, marketed as Gianvi and Ocella, respectively, it is your decision whether to hire one of our Yasmin / Yaz “class action” lawyers.

Although similar in many respects, these product liability lawsuits are different from a Yaz class action lawsuit or Yasmin class action lawsuit. While the cases are managed in a manner similar to how a class action for Yaz would be handled during pretrial proceedings, each claim remains an individual case, with the plaintiffs making all final decisions about how to proceed on their claim. In addition, each individual’s Yasmin or Yaz attorney must establish that an injury was caused by side effects or the birth control pill.

Because the impact of a stroke from Yaz, blood clot from Yaz or gallbladder removal from Yaz is going to be different for every users, it is not possible for a large number of claims to be aggregated into one class representative.

To join the “class action” lawsuit for Yaz or Yasmin, contact one of our attorneys today for a free consultation. All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which means that all fees and expenses are charged out of any recovery that is obtained. If no money is received by our client, we receive no attorney fees or expenses.
