Scott Goldstein is the manager of the Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. Litigation Department, serving as a senior member of the firm’s leadership team and handling complex automobile accident bodily injury and workers’ compensation claims. He is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, and the University Of Baltimore School Of Law.
Throughout his entire legal career, Scott has represented the victims of other peoples’ negligence and protected their legal rights. For more than 35 years, he has been a fierce advocate for his clients at trial and during settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations. While Scott has collected many millions of dollars on behalf of his seriously injured clients, and the families of clients who have been killed in accidents, he has never lost sight of the importance of providing the same level of personal care, and attention to our firms’ clients whose injuries are less serious, but never considered to be less important.
Scott is admitted to practice in Maryland State and Federal Courts. As the manager of the Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. Litigation Department, Scott oversees and manages all of the firms most complex and serious personal injury cases.
