Ambien Lawsuits

UPDATE: Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. is no longer investigating potential Ambien Lawsuits for injuries as a result of the medication. Read More…

Evidence has shown that Ambien can cause a side effect where the user is half asleep and half awake. The manufacturer failed to warn of this potential side effect, and there have been thousands of reported adverse events.

Ambien lawsuits were previously being investigated for individuals who took the medication and suffered serious injuries as a result of:

  • sleep driving or falling asleep while operating heavy machinery
  • sleepwalking
  • sleep eating
  • memory loss or amnesia
  • daytime sleepiness or feeling of being drugged, resulting in an accident or fall

>>INFORMATION: Ambien Side Effects

Following several months investigating and reviewing potential Ambien lawsuits, the lawyers at Saiontz & Kirk determined that there is not sufficient established evidence or expert opinions to move forward with lawsuits at this time.

>>UPDATE : AMBIEN LAWSUITS ARE NO LONGER BEING REVIEWED <<

The potential for Ambien lawsuits will continue to be monitored in the future, but no further individual claims are being reviewed on behalf of users injured after taking the medication.  If there is any change in the status of the investigation of Ambien side effect claims, information will be posted here.
