The Actiq lollipop pain killer has been linked to serious and potentially fatal injuries.  Saiontz and Kirk is reviewing potential lawsuits for users nationwide. 

Actiq is a powerful narcotic painkiller which has been approved by the FDA for treatment severe pain suffered by cancer patients which can not be relieved with other medications.  As a result of the negligent promotional practices of the manufacturer, the highly addictive lollipop pain drug has been prescribed to many users who may be prone to abuse and overdose.
