ANSWER

The personal injury and class action lawyers at Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. provide free consultations and claim evaluations for individuals throughout the United States who suspect that they may be eligible to pursue financial compensation through an AndroGel lawsuit, Testim lawsuit, Axiron lawsuit or other claims involving side effects of testosterone treatments.

The testosterone litigation remains in the early stages, and there is still time to determine if you or a loved one may be eligible to pursue a case after experiencing any of the following injuries:

  • Heart Attack
  • Stroke
  • Pulmonary Embolism
  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
  • Other Blood Clot Injury
  • Wrongful Death

All of the claims involve similar allegations that the manufacturers placed their desire of profits before consumer safety by failing to adequately warn consumers and the medical community about the risk of heart injury from testosterone replacement therapy.

While such mass torts may commonly be referred to as a testosterone treatment class action, such injury lawsuits are actually being pursued by the lawyers at Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. as individual cases. Each plaintiff must establish that their heart attack, stroke or other injury suffered following use of testosterone gels, creams, patches, injections or other treatments was caused by the medication and that the drug makers failed to provide adequate warnings.

Free Consultation and Case Evaluation

Contacting Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. to determine whether you or a loved one may be entitled to receive a testosterone injury settlement does not form an attorney-client relationship. There is no obligation to hire our law firm after reviewing your case, and it is your decision whether to move forward with a lawsuit.

After requesting a free consultation and case evaluation, you will be put in touch with a member of our legal team to provide information about the facts and circumstances surrounding your injury, so that we may determine whether it can be established that the injury may be caused by use of Androgel, Testim, Axiron or another “Low T” treatment. You will have an opportunity to speak with one of our lawyers to review any questions or concerns you may have.

Often our law firm is able to make a determination during your initial telephone interview about whether we can move forward with your case. However, in some circumstances it is necessary that additional details be obtained and reviewed with our experts and litigation committee before we agree to move forward with your case.

If our law firm determines that you may be entitled to pursue a testosterone class action or injury case, it remains your decision whether to hire Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. to move forward with the claim.

Any attorney client relationship will be formed through a signed contingency fee agreement, which will outline and confirm that there are no fees or expenses unless our attorneys obtain a recovery in your case.
